1. How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 2 to 4 working days across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. We offer Cash on Delivery anywhere in Pakistan. You can also choose Bank Transfer during checkout if you prefer.

3. How much is the shipping charge?

We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs 250 per order, no matter how many items you purchase in the same order.

4. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging.

5. Can I return an item if I change my mind?

No. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please check the product details carefully before placing your order.

6. What products do you sell?

Bandano offers a wide range of scarves and accessories, including printed bandanas, silk scarves, cotton scarves, hijabs, hair scarves, square scarves, stole scarves, winter scarves, scarf accessories, and more.

7. Will I receive the same product shown in the pictures?

Yes. We make every effort to display accurate product photos and colours. Please note that slight colour differences may occur due to different screen settings or lighting.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive your tracking details so you can follow your parcel until it arrives.
